My story

One career.
Many connected chapters.

From investment-banking development and M&A to strategy, board leadership and emerging technology. A career built by learning, applying and moving forward.

Curiosity with a commercial purpose

Each chapter added
another way to think.

I began with finance and law: how businesses are valued, how deals are made and how decisions are governed. Consulting taught me that even the best strategy depends on the people, systems and habits that make it real.

Formal education underpins my work. Management strengthened my commercial judgement, education shaped how I enable teams, and postgraduate technology study deepened my focus on quantum, AI and cybersecurity. Professional certificates help me keep specific skills current.

The journey

Commercial foundations. Transformation experience. Technical curiosity.

Age 17

Macquarie scholarship

An early opportunity.
A lasting direction.

A Macquarie investment-banking scholarship, before VCE, opened the door to finance and set the direction for my studies in commerce and law.

2011–2013

Macquarie · Bond · Deloitte · Herbert Smith Freehills

Where finance met judgement.

Investment-banking development, a grounding in commerce and law, then an M&A analyst role at Deloitte at 21. The foundation was always commercial: understand the decision before building the model.

2015–2020

Accenture Strategy · Harvard University

Learning how organisations change.

Strategy and transformation work across industries, alongside an ALM in Management at Harvard. I completed the degree while continuing to work at Accenture Strategy.

2021–2024

ISG · Industry strategy · Accenture Director / Senior Strategy Manager

From strategy to operating responsibility.

Operating-model design, enterprise transformation and private-equity diligence brought the business case closer to the people and processes that deliver it.

Non-Executive Director

Nolyvra

Ongoing board appointment

I advise the founders and executive team on commercial strategy, funding and the AI roadmap. Alongside this board role, NCC’s go-to-market work combined customer interviews, positioning and technology due diligence to help shift Nolyvra from a product-led pitch towards customer-led, AI-enabled HR solutions.

My board remit includes Chief Commercial Officer performance, KPI/OKR scorecards, quarterly strategy reviews, enterprise risk and ESG. I hold management to agreed milestones and investment returns, and advise on partnerships, adjacent markets and M&A as the HR solutions business develops.
